The role
Join a busy, fast-moving team supporting customer enquiries and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll manage incoming queries, open and track cases, and support complaint handling from log through to resolution. Alongside this, you'll coordinate repairs, bookings, and reimbursements, working closely with internal teams to keep everything on track.
