Class 2 Refuse Driver – Immediate start

Havant | Mon–Fri, 37 hours a week | No Weekends!

£17.50ph Umbrella, PAYE rates available on request

Wild Recruitment are looking for experienced HGV Refuse Drivers to support household and commercial waste collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Class 2 refuse trucks across local routes
  • Work as part of a 2 or 3‑person crew
  • Collecting household food waste and recycling
  • Carry out daily vehicle checks & report defects
  • Follow all health & safety procedures
  • Some heavy lifting when assisting loaders

What you’ll need:

  • Category C licence, CPC & Digi Tacho
  • Minimum 6 months’ Class 2 HGV experience
  • Able to lift and support loading when required
  • Team player with good initiative
  • Must pass a driving assessment before starting
  • Rear‑steer experience is helpful but not essential
