Wild Recruitment is proud to be supporting our client in their search for a Business Centre Manager for their modern serviced office space in Central Milton Keynes.
Offering flexible solutions—private offices, co-working, meeting rooms, and virtual offices—our client supports professionals in traditional, hybrid, and remote working styles.
We\’re looking for a confident, customer-focused individual to support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations. This includes managing reception, shared spaces, and facilities to deliver an exceptional experience.
What You’ll Bring:
Strong communication and customer service skills

Comfortable with budgeting and supplier management
A sales-minded approach to upselling services
Able to lead a small team and work independently
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth running of the centre and facilities
Build strong client relationships and manage contracts
Oversee health & safety, cleanliness, and compliance
Drive service sales and handle invoicing and reporting
Support and lead the Reception Team as needed
