We're recruiting for a highly organised Parts & Operations Administrator to join a busy and growing engineering business in Bristol. This is a varied role where you'll support engineers, manage parts and stock, liaise with suppliers and customers, and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
- Sourcing and ordering parts using supplier systems
- Managing deliveries, collections and stock movements
- Organising engineer van stock
- Maintaining accurate records and stock control
- Supporting customers by phone and email
- Providing general administrative support to the operations team
What We're Looking For
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Proactive, reliable and team-oriented approach
Ideal Background
Experience within administration, logistics, customer service, operations, engineering support or parts coordination would be beneficial, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
