The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through a combination of outbound prospecting and inbound enquiries.
Working closely with the wider sales team, you'll play a key role in creating new business opportunities and helping drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high volumes of outbound calls to finance professionals to generate qualified sales leads.
- Engage prospects via phone, email, and social media channels.
- Qualify inbound enquiries and schedule opportunities for the sales team.
- Research prospective customers and identify key decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Salesforce CRM.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop and improve lead generation strategies.
- Attend regular training sessions and sales meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- A recent graduate or someone with equivalent experience looking to build a career in sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking to new people and making outbound sales calls.
