As an Accounts Assistant - Cashier, you will be supporting the credit manager with cash posting, administrative tasks, bank reconciliations and sales invoicing.
Location: Milton Keynes
Hours: 8.45am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Allocate payments, invoices, and bank statements accurately and efficiently.
- Manage and respond to queries within a shared inbox, ensuring timely resolution.
- Input invoice information into our database with precision and attention to detail.
- Occasionally handle phone calls related to financial inquiries.
- Perform repetitive tasks with consistency and dedication.
Requirements:
- Proven experience or strong interest in accounting and financial processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
