Wild Recruitment are pleased to be partnered with a well-known, unique business based in Cosham in their search for a Customer Account Manager.

We are looking for someone who has experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a sales setting, but this is not essential as full training on sales and account management will be given.

In this role you will look after a portfolio of established clients, maximise key accounts and develop new relationships with new business prospects. This role involves sales as well as customer service.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Recognising key sales opportunities
  • Maximising key accounts, building relationships, up-selling and cross-selling products
  • Processing orders from customers over the phone
  • Developing existing customer relationships
  • Handling a variety of enquiries relating to deliveries of goods, returns, repairs or customer support

Ideally you will:

  • Have experience in a customer-facing role
  • Have excellent time management skills, the ability to multi-task, and be happy to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Have experience in customer service or account management
