We\’re supporting our client to recruit two Account Managers who will play a key role in strengthening customer partnerships and driving business growth. If you enjoy building meaningful relationships, spotting opportunities, and adding real value to your customer\’s operations, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career with a respected, forward‑thinking organisation. What You\’ll Be Doing Own and develop a portfolio of customers within the industrial and manufacturing space, understanding their operational challenges and offering tailored solutions. Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts. Engage proactively with customers over the phone, ensuring regular touchpoints and exceptional service. Grow account value by presenting additional products, services, and solutions that support customer needs. Collaborate with the wider sales team, sharing insights and supporting joint initiatives. Follow up on marketing-generated leads to feed into the sales pipeline. Attend sales meetings and deliver accurate account updates. Maintain CRM and MS Office records to support forecasting, reporting, and customer management. Invest in your development through coaching, learning and performance reviews. What We\’re Looking For Experience delivering telephone-based customer service or account management, ideally within a technical or industrial environment. A genuine passion for building strong customer relationships. Ability to identify opportunities, upsell solutions, and support business growth. Confident and organised, with the ability to manage a varied workload. Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools. Strong educational background (English & Maths essential).
