Role is based in Leighton Buzzard with 1 day working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business and grow existing customer accounts.
- Lead and develop a high-performing customer excellence team.
- Manage a sales pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue.
- Drive customer retention, account growth, and service excellence.
- Improve processes, CRM usage, and team performance.

- Previous team leadership or management experience.

- CRM experience with a passion for continuous improvement.
