We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide confidential administrative and secretarial support to senior leaders within a busy educational environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced role and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing complex diaries, meetings, and correspondence
- Preparing agendas, reports, and meeting documentation
- Taking accurate minutes at senior leadership meetings
- Acting as a first point of contact for enquiries
- Supporting compliance and regulatory documentation
- Assisting with HR administration and project work
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
- Previous Executive Assistant, PA, or senior administrative experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
