We are seeking a highly organised HR Administrator to join our client based in Milton Keynes. This is a key administrative role supporting the HR team with day-to-day people processes and ensuring employee records are maintained accurately and confidentially. This is an immediate start temporary position, ideal for an experienced administrator with previous HR administration experience who is happy to work in a school environment. You will be required to pass an enhanced DBS check if offered the role.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR systems
- Supporting the onboarding process, including preparing contracts and new starter documentation
- Assisting with recruitment administration, arranging interviews and communicating with candidates
- Managing HR inboxes and responding to employee queries in a timely and professional manner
- Processing employee documentation, including letters, amendments, and leaver paperwork
- Supporting absence management administration and maintaining attendance records
- Ensuring all personnel files are compliant and up to date
- Providing general administrative support to the HR team while handling confidential information with discretion
