No prior metal polishing experience? No problem! If you've worked in a metal environment, such as welding, fabrication, sanding, grinding etc and are comfortable with hand tools, we'd love to hear from you. Shift Pattern - £15.58ph 2-Week Rotating Shifts Week 1: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Week 2: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do Polish stainless-steel components to a professional finish Perform fettling, grinding, deburring, and polish out weld seams Follow safety protocols and operating procedures Keep your workspace clean and organised Communicate with the Production Manager to stay on schedule What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and attention to detail Basic experience with hand tools or similar equipment Ability to work rotating shifts Positive, can-do attitude Benefits
