CNC Setter / Operator

We're looking for an experienced CNC Setter / Operator to join a busy manufacturing team producing high-quality precision components using CNC multi-tasking lathes.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and operate CNC lathes for small to medium batch production.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Inspect components using measuring equipment.
- Edit Fanuc-based programs.
- Carry out machine maintenance checks.
- Complete quality and traceability documentation.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety.
About You
- Experience setting and operating CNC lathes.
- Knowledge of 4-axis CNC machines and Fanuc controls.
- Able to read engineering drawings and use inspection equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Team player with a positive and flexible approach.
Desirable
- Twin spindle machine experience.
- Knowledge of AS9100 standards.
- Aerospace or precision engineering experience.
Shift Pattern
Week 1
- Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm
Week 2
- Monday to Thursday, 2:00pm to 10:30pm
- Friday, 2:00pm to 7:30pm
