We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Social Video Editor to help bring our brand story to life across social media. Working closely with our Brand, Content and Creative teams, you’ll edit engaging, platform-first, hook-driven video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn, helping to grow our audience and deepen community engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about social media, understands short-form video trends, and wants to develop their skills in a fast-growing wellness brand. You’ll play a key role in transforming raw footage, creator content and campaign assets into high-performing social content that captures attention and drives results.

What you will be doing:

  • Edit engaging short-form and long-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Create platform-native edits that align with current social trends, audience behaviours and best practices.
  • Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound design and other creative elements to enhance performance and engagement.
  • Work closely with the Content, Brand and Creative teams to bring campaign concepts and content ideas to life.
  • Assist with content creation and creative ideation, contributing ideas for new formats, trends, and campaigns.
  • Repurpose existing video assets into multiple social-first formats and versions.
  • Support content shoots by organising footage, managing assets and assisting with content capture where required.
  • Help maintain a consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all social channels.
  • Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, editing styles and platform updates.
  • Support with content scheduling and posting across all social channels when needed.
  • Assist in monitoring content performance and applying learnings to future edits.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced content calendar.
  • Contribute creative ideas for new content formats, series and campaigns.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to improve editing efficiency, content repurposing and production output.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience editing social-first video content, either in-house, agency-side, freelance or through personal projects.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media best practices.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects or similar software.
  • Good eye for pacing, storytelling, composition and visual trends.
  • Experience creating content optimised for mobile-first viewing.
  • Understanding of social media metrics and what makes content perform well across platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Genuine interest in health, wellness and social media culture.

Desirable:

  • Basic motion graphics and animation skills.
  • Experience using AI-assisted creative tools and editing workflows.
  • Experience capturing content on mobile devices or supporting video shoots.
  • Familiarity with creator and influencer content formats.
  • Understanding of social listening and content performance reporting.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera.

This role is ideal for an ambitious editor looking to develop their career in social content creation and work on meaningful, purpose-driven storytelling for a growing wellness brand.

Benefits:

  • Time given every year to volunteer with a local charity of your choice.
  • All the latest tech you need.
  • Flexible hybrid working model.
  • Summer Fridays.
  • Generous Pension plan.
  • Private health insurance.
  • Enhanced Leave package with added years of service extras.
  • Employee Assistance Programme.
  • Team discount on all Wild Nutrition supplements and personalised consultations.
