We are actively seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our hardworking and supportive team. In this hands‑on role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods. What you’ll be doing:

• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy
• Storing goods in the appropriate locations to maximise space and efficiency
• Assisting with stock control, including inventory checks and reporting discrepancies
• Ensuring all orders are processed accurately and on time
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
• Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
• Operating equipment such as pallet trucks or forklifts (if trained and certified)
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow

• Flexi forklift experience

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, including lifting and carrying goods
• Proactive and adaptable with a can‑do attitude
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment or a willingness to learn
• Awareness of health and safety practices in a warehouse setting
