We are seeking a dynamic Production Manager to lead our manufacturing strategy, champion our values, and ensure our operational excellence thrives as we continue to expand. Someone who can scale production and help integrate automation. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Wild Nutrition’s production facility remains a safe, efficient, and purpose-driven environment. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end manufacturing process.

About the Role
  • Plan and manage daily and weekly packing schedules (capsules and gummies)
  • Monitor production output, yields, and KPIs
  • Use ERP systems to manage work orders, BOMs, and routings
  • Lead and coordinate production teams across filling, labelling, and packaging
  • Manage shift schedules and track performance targets
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, Health & Safety, COSHH, and allergen controls
  • Maintain accurate batch traceability and production documentation
  • Liaise with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Support new product launches and manufacturing scale-up
Qualifications
  • Experience leading teams in nutraceuticals or food environment
  • Strong planning, organisational, and multitasking skills
  • Good knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and Health & Safety standards
  • Confident using Excel/Google Sheets and ERP systems
  • Clear communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Supplement, wellness, or food manufacturing experience
  • An analytical mindset with a track record of improving production KPIs and implementing efficient workflow systems
  • HACCP Level 3+, IOSH, or Food Safety qualifications advantageous
