The role
We are looking for a versatile Junior to Mid Weight Digital Designer to join our in‑house creative team, with motion graphics as a core part of the role. You will create high‑quality digital and motion assets across email, social media and campaigns, helping bring the Wild Nutrition brand to life across key customer touchpoints. Working closely with Brand, Growth, CRM and Social teams, you will support everything from major campaign launches to always‑on content and customer communications. This is a hands‑on role for a designer who loves digital, cares about craft, and is excited to grow their motion skills in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
What you will be doing
- Design high‑quality digital assets for email, social media, paid media and other digital channels
- Create motion graphics and animations as a core part of the role, supporting campaigns, social content and brand storytelling
- Support campaign launches, always‑on activity and customer communications with visually compelling creative
- Work collaboratively with Brand, Growth, CRM and Social teams to interpret briefs and deliver effective design solutions
- Ensure all creative is on‑brand, consistent and aligned with Wild Nutrition design guidelines
- Adapt and resize assets for different platforms, formats and placements
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and iterate designs as required
Requirements
Essential skills and experience
- Proven experience as a Digital Designer or in a similar role
- Strong motion graphics experience is essential
- Portfolio must include clear examples of motion graphics and animation work
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design across email, social and motion
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Good understanding of digital design best practices and platform requirements
- Experience working in an in‑house creative team or fast‑paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and communicate design ideas clearly
Nice to have
- Experience designing for CRM platforms
- Basic video editing experience
- Understanding of performance‑driven or growth‑focused design
