This maternity cover role is a critical leadership position within the business. It is focused on maintaining momentum, performance and team effectiveness across the growth function during a key trading period.
Important: This maternity cover role is due to start early June.
Requirements
As Head of Growth, you will own day-to-day growth performance across paid and partner channels, ensuring consistent delivery against new customer acquisition, CAC and payback targets. This is a hands-on, execution-led leadership role with ownership of large-scale budgets, cross-channel strategy (15+ channels), and full-funnel growth planning. You will operate within an established growth strategy, evolving and optimising where required to hit performance targets, rather than delivering large-scale strategic transformation.

- Maintaining efficient new customer growth, protecting CAC and payback.
- Ensuring the Growth team operates confidently and independently throughout the cover period.
