Wild Nutrition does supplements differently. Using Food-Grown ingredients, we create products that are better recognised, absorbed and retained by the body. We are on a mission to support better health for women and families everywhere, and we are building a passionate, ambitious team to help us scale. This maternity cover role is a critical leadership position within the business. It is focused on maintaining momentum, performance and team effectiveness across the growth function during a key trading period.

Requirements

As Head of Growth, you will own day-to-day growth performance across paid and partner channels, ensuring consistent delivery against new customer acquisition, CAC and payback targets. This is a hands-on, execution-led leadership role with ownership of large-scale budgets, cross-channel strategy (15+ channels), and full-funnel growth planning. You will operate within an established growth strategy, evolving and optimising where required to hit performance targets, rather than delivering large-scale strategic transformation. Success in this role looks like maintaining efficient new customer growth, protecting CAC and payback, and ensuring the Growth team operates confidently and independently throughout the cover period.

What Success Looks Like

  • Maintained consistent new customer growth while protecting CAC and payback targets
  • Kept paid media performance stable, well-optimised and creatively competitive
  • Embedded a strong creative testing and iteration cadence across acquisition
  • Maintained robust attribution, incrementality and measurement frameworks to support confident decision-making
  • Ensured the Growth team is clear, autonomous and performing confidently day to day

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the growth and acquisition strategy (15+ channels), with deep oversight of Meta account structure, optimisation and audience strategy
  • Manage growth forecasting, budgets and channel strategy to hit new customer, CAC and payback targets
  • Ensure the Growth Manager leads high-volume creative testing and rapid iteration on Meta
  • Own attribution platforms and work with web and CRM teams to optimise the acquisition funnel from lead β†’ first order β†’ subscription conversion β†’ early retention
  • Champion experimentation across landing pages, offers, audiences and activation
  • Own the growth measurement stack, including attribution platforms, incrementality testing
  • Produce clear, regular performance reporting and insights for senior stakeholders
  • Lead a small, high-performing Growth team day to day, providing clarity, prioritisation and hands-on guidance
  • Manage agency and partner relationships, ensuring accountability and ROI
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, accountability and continuous improvement

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a senior growth or performance role within a DTC brand; subscription experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-channel growth strategies including deep expertise in Meta and Google (creative testing and scaling is key)
  • Experience managing multi-channel budgets and delivering against CAC and efficiency targets, partnering closely with finance teams
  • Commercially and analytically strong, comfortable making decisions with imperfect data
  • Experience leading and motivating a small, high-output team
  • Strong understanding of attribution, incrementality, CAC and first-party data challenges
  • Highly organised, pragmatic and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator with a customer-first mindset, and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a pragmatic, agile mindset β€” you are not afraid to get stuck in
  • Proficient in GMC, attribution & experimentation tools, and Google Workspace

Benefits

  • Time given every year to volunteer with a local charity of your choice
  • All the latest tech you need
  • Hybrid working model (we work in the office Tuesday - Thursday)
  • Summer Fridays
  • Generous Pension plan
  • Private health insurance
  • Enhanced Leave package with added years of service extras
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Team discount on all Wild Nutrition supplements and personalised consultations
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Enhanced parental leave policies
  • Be part of a passionate, friendly and transparent culture
