The Role
Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will lead the strategy and development of high-performing creative across paid social and key owned channels. You'll translate customer insight and performance data into high-impact creative that accelerates growth, improves efficiency and strengthens Wild Nutrition’s brand across every stage of the customer journey. As we scale our DTC subscription model, creative performance is one of our most powerful growth drivers. You will translate customer insight and performance data into scalable creative ideas that drive efficient subscription growth while strengthening Wild Nutrition’s brand authority. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role for someone who understands paid social creative deeply and thrives in a fast-moving DTC environment.
- Performance Creative Strategy & Ideation
- Develop weekly creative concepts, hooks and narratives across Meta, TikTok and emerging channels
- Write clear, actionable briefs for designers, editors and creators
- Align creative to subscription-first acquisition and customer quality
- Performance-Led Optimisation
- Analyse CPA, ROAS and CVR alongside creative metrics such as hook rate, hold rate and 3-second views
- Identify winning patterns and scale top-performing themes
- Creative Testing & Iteration
- Scale a sustainable creative production model through AI-driven iteration and A/B testing, leveraging style-matching tools to maintain brand consistency, and volume of ads.
- Run the creative flywheel: evolve high performers through new hooks, intros, CTAs and formats
- Build structured testing roadmaps and hypotheses
- Document learnings to improve creative hit rate over time
- Customer Insight Mining
- Partner with Insights to extract scalable angles from reviews, consultations, social commentary, Reddit and competitor ads
- Translate insight into performance-ready messaging
- Cross-Channel Messaging & Lifecycle Support
- Support CRM and lifecycle campaigns with modular, segment‑specific messaging
- Ensure consistency across paid and owned channels
- Creative Production & Collaboration
- Collaborate and share regular insights on performance with the creative team to feed back learnings into design across all channels
- Support the creative team by producing high-impact ad iterations, leveraging platforms like Adobe/Canva and AI tools.
- Coordinate internal teams and external creators to deliver on‑brand, performance‑ready assets at pace
- Partner closely with Growth, Paid Media, CRM, Creative and Insights to align output with commercial priorities
- Develop high‑conversion ad copy, including compelling hooks, body text, and clear calls‑to‑action tailored to resonate with target audiences and drive measurable action.
- Ecommerce Trading Moments
- Support planning and execution of key ecommerce sales campaigns, aligning creative output with performance goal.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in creative strategy or performance content, ideally in a high‑growth DTC or subscription brand
- Strong understanding of paid social creative and testing frameworks. Experience managing paid channels is a plus
- Confident turning data and insight into clear creative direction
- Excellent at briefing, ideation and storytelling
- Highly organised, proactive and commercially minded
- Comfortable managing high volumes of briefs, feedback and iteration
- Basic Adobe skills / design skills a bonus
- Experience managing UGC processes
Nice to have experience in women’s wellness, subscription, influencer/UGC content or lifecycle marketing.
