As a CRM Executive, you will play a key role in driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth across our subscription business.
Reporting to the CRM Manager, you will work closely with teams across Growth, Brand & Marketing, Customer Care, and Nutrition to deliver impactful CRM campaigns and customer journeys.
Using data and customer insights, you will help create meaningful customer experiences that strengthen loyalty and support business growth.

Requirements
What you’ll be doing
- Work closely with the CRM Manager to lay out a subscription-first CRM strategy, using testing and optimisation to drive subscriber LTV.
- Own the process of briefing, building & QAing of CRM campaigns.
- Implement strategies to improve customer retention, identifying opportunities to enhance the subscriber experience and mitigate churn.
- Support loyalty initiatives that drive repeat purchases and foster brand advocacy.
- Design and implement customer lifecycle campaigns, using email automation flows based on customer segmentation, ensuring best practice across all templates
- Analyse website and customer data to improve the customer journey, conversion rates and repeat purchases.
- Measure and evaluate CRM data to determine the effectiveness of our campaigns
- Support the e Commerce and wider marketing team with other marketing initiatives
Ideal Candidate
- 1+ year of CRM experience at a DTC brand or agency.
- Proven success with email marketing campaigns, segmentation, and automation.
- Experience with Klaviyo preferred; subscription experience a plus.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices, analytics, and performance insights.
- Data-driven, able to turn insights into actionable strategies that improve KPIs.
- Self-starter who works well independently and collaboratively.
- Resourceful, solutions-focused, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and customer-focused skills.
