We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee all aspects of quality, safety, and environmental compliance across Wild Nutrition’s manufacturing, supply chain, and retail operations.
Working cross-functionally, this role ensures the business meets all relevant laws, regulations, certifications, and internal policies - while upholding the ethical and sustainability standards that define who we are as a B Corp.

What you’ll be doing
Navigating the Regulatory Landscape
Compliance isn’t about saying “no”, it’s about finding the safe “how”. You’ll keep your finger on the pulse of UK, EU and global food supplement regulations (FSA, EFSA, MHRA).
- Trend-spotting: Monitor changes in vitamins, minerals, and botanicals, translating complex legal updates into actionable business steps.
- Industry Liaison: Be our voice with trade associations (HFMA, NPN) and regulatory bodies, ensuring Wild Nutrition is always ahead of the curve.
- Global Growth: Champion compliance as we expand into exciting new export markets.
- Bringing Products to Life
You’ll partner closely with our NPD (New Product Development) and Marketing teams to ensure our products are as compliant as they are efficacious.
- Claim Champions: Manage our health and nutrition claims register. You'll help us tell our story powerfully while staying firmly within FSA/EFSA guidelines.
- Label Perfection: Review and sign off on gorgeous product labels, marketing materials, and website content - ensuring every SKU is word-perfect.
- NPD Partner: Own the compliance gates for new product launches, guiding them from a spark of an idea to the retail shelf.
- Technical & Quality Mastery
You'll nurture and grow our Quality Management System (QMS), turning standard operating procedures into living, breathing tools for team development.
- Library of Truth: Act as the curator for all technical documentation (TDS, MSDS, Certificates of Conformance) and manage our product testing schedules.
- Continuous
Improvement: Lead our CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes, turning complaints or non-conformances into valuable learning opportunities for the whole business.

What You Bring
- Background: Degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Law, or Business + 3–5+ years of compliance experience in food, nutraceuticals, or regulated FMCG.
- Know-How: Strong grip on UK food supplement/labelling laws (FSA & EFSA) and certification frameworks (BRCGS, FSSC 22000, SALSA, or GMP).
- System Skills: Experience writing SOPs, managing a QMS, and handling CAPA/complaints with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Eagle Eye: Legendary attention to detail, you spot a date-marking glitch on page 20 without prompting.
- Collaborator: A natural bridge-builder who loves working across NPD, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain.
