As our Compliance Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our Food-GrownÂŽ supplements meet the highest regulatory standards. This entry-level role is designed for someone who is passionate about the wellness industry and has an eagle eye for detail. You will support the team in ensuring our products, marketing and supply chain remain best in class. At Wild Nutrition, we offer more than just a job. What youâll be doing:
- Technical Documentation Management: Act as the gatekeeper for all technical documentations such as sites procedures and certifications, Certificate of Conformances, testing results, Technical Data Sheet and MSDS.
- Quality Management System: Developing and writing of quality and operational training procedures.
- Product & Sample Registration: In charge of site reference samples, scheduled product testing (current and new products) registration and delivery.
- Management of CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventative Action) & NPD activities: Being in charge of product reworks, complaints management and trials of new products.
- Vendor Assurance & Supply Chain Integrity: Vet and onboard new suppliers by verifying their certifications (e.g. ISO, Organic, or GMP standards) to ensure supply chain integrity and that they meet our ethical, sustainability, and quality standards.
- Regulatory Research: Keep a pulse on changing regulations in the supplement industry, particularly around vitamins, minerals and botanicals.
- Internal Audit Support: Assist in maintaining our site certification standards (GMP, MSC, Soil Association and B-corp) and ensuring our internal processes match our high environmental and social impact goals.
- B Corp & Ethical Compliance: Support the maintenance of our B Corp status by gathering data on environmental impact and social governance within our operations.
- Product & Label Compliance: Assist in reviewing product labels and website copy to ensure they meet FSA (Food Standards Agency) and EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) guidelines regarding health claims.
What You Bring:
- Education: Ideally, a degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Law or Business Operations.
