We are looking for a dynamic team player with a positive can-do attitude, who can support and problem solve. Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely dispatch of customer orders.
In this hands-on role, you will lead a dedicated team to ensure stock movements, order fulfilment, and warehouse activities are completed accurately, safely, and efficiently. You’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and helping us achieve our operational goals.

What you’ll be doing:
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team to ensure high performance and engagement
- Conduct regular 1-to-1 meetings, provide constructive feedback, and support team development
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Supervise stock replenishment and work with stock control to ensure inventory accuracy. Working with relevant systems and processes
- Monitor KPIs to ensure efficiency and quality targets are met
- Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring safe working practices
- Conduct regular safety checks and address risks promptly
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce errors
- Provide training to upskill team members and enhance operational capabilities
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory procedures
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting
- Ability to motivate and develop a team
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and results-driven approach
