Casual Commis Waiter

SCOPE OF POSITION As a Commis Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and professional service by consistently supporting the Chef de Rang, Managers, and your colleagues. Alongside your team, you will help ensure seamless operations by running food, preparing and delivering drinks and condiments from the dispense bar, servicing and maintaining the breakfast buffet, and keeping all Back of House areas clean and organised. Additionally, you will assist the Chef de Rang as needed and participate in required meetings and training sessions. RESPONSIBILITIES Make sure to have a friendly, professional, helpful attitude and provide excellent service to customers and colleagues at all times. Provide effective delivery of food from the kitchen to the restaurant station in a timely manner. Provide effective delivery of buffet food and maintain quantity and quality throughout service.
