As our Social & Content Manager you will be managing content across TikTok and Instagram, conceptualising and shooting creative content ideas, running influencer campaigns and managing our community – keeping the world BLOAT FREE.

Wild Dose has debloated hundreds of thousands of customers, had over 30,000 reviews and launched in retailers such as Whole Foods and Planet Organic! We are on a journey to defeat bloating quickly and we want YOU along for the ride.

As you will be joining our small and nimble team, it will be a great opportunity to learn, have creative freedom and experience what a fast‐growth company feels like! While the title may be Social & Community Manager, you will experience a lot more than just social media.

Responsibilities
  • Create engaging content for Instagram and TikTok for a cohesive feel between platforms.
  • Brainstorm, plan monthly content and content days to shoot.
  • Analyse performance and adapt strategies to optimise creative.
  • Trendspotting and social listening.
  • Take the lead on community management.
  • Work closely with our team to come up with creative ideas for social posts, ads and photography.
Background
  • At least 2+ years of experience with a clear passion for social media.
  • Strong ideas and concepts to create and lead our brand voice through social media.
  • Up‐to‐date with the latest trends within TikTok and Instagram.
  • Great written and verbal communication.
  • Loves social media and has a creative mind.
  • Growth mindset – always looking to improve.
  • Decision‐making ability and a sense of responsibility.
  • Used to thriving in a fast‐paced, ever‐changing environment.
  • Great attention to detail.
Attributes and Skills
  • Experience with key programs such as Canva, Photoshop, CapCut and video editing.
  • Able to shoot content with a keen and critical eye to develop the best assets.
  • Has made content for and run both Instagram and TikTok content.
  • Imagination that knows no bounds and an infectious energy.
  • Has dealt with influencers or managed social media accounts before (a plus).
  • Knows the key things required to execute a great shoot.
