About Us: Hi there! We’re Wild. We’re on a mission to remove single-use plastic from the bathroom, armed with our refillable, natural and scent-sational deodorants, body wash, and lip balm – and we’ve only just started. We launched in 2020 and as a high-growth company, we’re already one of Europe’s fastest-growing start-ups.
About the Role: We’re looking for a Paid Social Content Creator to join our UGC pod, focused on our USA market. This is a content creator role at its core: researching, concepting, filming, and editing UGC that drives customer acquisition, alongside contributing to our organic social presence. You’ll spend roughly 80% of your time on paid social content and 20% on organic, working closely with the UGC pod and the wider performance and brand teams. The ideal candidate is someone who can consistently produce a high volume of high-performing content, thinks in concepts as well as clips, and treats data as fuel for creative ideas rather than an afterthought. Please note, this is an entry-level role which reports into our Paid Social Content Manager.
What you'll do:
- Content Creation and Strategy
- Research, script, shoot, and edit UGC videos and statics for paid social campaigns aimed at US customer acquisition.
- Represent Wild authentically on camera, showcasing our products with energy and personality.
- Produce high-quality, on-brand statics with a strong creative eye - visual craft matters as much as the video output.
- Generate original concepts informed by performance data, cultural trends, and persona/desire state frameworks.
- Support the US organic social presence (approximately 20% of your time), contributing content ideas and executing against them.
- Trends & Insights
- Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and best practices, particularly those relevant to a US audience.
- Analyse performance data weekly to identify what’s working (hooks, formats, styles) and use those insights to shape the next round of content.
- Contribute to monthly creative performance reporting with clear observations and recommendations.
- AI & Efficiency
- Actively use AI tools to speed up and enhance your creative output, from concepting to scripting to editing.
- Build your own workflows and share what’s working with the wider UGC pod.
What we need from you:
- Comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
- A creative eye for visual composition, colour, and design.
- A curious, creative, and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine passion for Wild’s mission.
- Familiarity with performance marketing concepts and metrics, and the differences between Paid and organic social content.
- Understanding of the US social media landscape, or an eagerness to learn about it.
- American accent is a strong plus but not essential.
What you’ll get from us:
- 25 days holidays + bank holidays + 9 extra remote working days.
- Hybrid working, 3 days a week in our shiny new London office.
- Enhanced maternity, paternity & parental leave.
- 4% Company Pension.
- Mental well-being support through Spill.
- Private healthcare through Vitality.
- Weekly early finishes and social events.
- Annual L&D budget.
- Free breakfast.
- Free & discounted Wild products.
- 2 x team volunteering days and 2 x personal volunteering days.
