About Us: Hi there 👋 We’re Wild. We’re on a mission to remove single-use plastic from the bathroom, armed with our refillable, natural and scent-sational deodorants, body wash, and lip balm – and we’ve only just started. We launched in 2020 and as a high-growth company, we’re already one of Europe’s fastest-growing start-ups 🚀
About the role: We are looking for an ambitious Influencer Marketing Executive (AUS) to join our Performance Influencer Team and focus on the Australian market. This is an entry-to-junior level role based in our London HQ, perfect for someone eager to execute hands-on, performance-led creator acquisition. This isn't your traditional Influencer Marketing Role - in this role, you will focus on driving execution and commercial growth across our performance and efficiency channels. You will be the sole engine for talent sourcing in the AU region, finding great talent, building relationships, and executing at pace to manage a high-performance creator pipeline.
Because the creator landscape moves fast, this role is built to be agile. While our immediate growth engine leverages a blend of organic seeding, affiliates, and hybrid models, you will also support the AU Manager with wider brand campaigns, paid activations, and ambassador collaborations as our market strategies evolve:
- Organic Seeding: Sourcing talent and using skilled relationship management to drive organic creator posting - currently one of our most efficient growth drivers.
- Performance Affiliates: Progressing successful creators onto our affiliate structure (earning a 20% revenue share on new customers through AWIN) once they demonstrate they can drive sales.
- Hybrid Retainers: Onboarding mature, high-performing creators onto our hybrid model (a retainer model of 30% revenue share via AWIN).
- Ambassador & Paid Collaborations: Supporting broader paid partnerships and ambassador campaigns alongside the AU Manager to maximise market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Funnel Execution: Source from a unified pool of high-calibre Australian creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube who align with Wild's mission and aesthetic. Execute the organic seeding channel by identifying talent and leveraging skilled relationship management to secure unpaid product placements and coverage. Track initial seeding results and seamlessly transition successful creators onto the AWIN affiliate programme once they demonstrate clear commercial traction. Monitor affiliate performance and confidently onboard top-tier, mature creators onto our hybrid retainer model. Review exclusive paid-partnership talent on a case-by-case basis, identifying exceptionally strong sales performers to feed into the AU Manager's paid campaigns.
- Campaign Delivery & Logistics: Coordinate the seamless end-to-end onboarding process on AWIN for new creators. Manage product send-outs and sample logistics to keep your seeding, affiliate, and hybrid pipelines consistently stocked and active. Ensure creators are fully briefed and equipped with digital assets for key product launches and peak trading windows.
- Relationship Management & Performance Tracking: Maintain close contact with the AU creator network to keep partners motivated and aligned with commercial objectives. Track weekly conversion metrics, revenue impact, and performance data to ensure your sourced talent pool remains highly efficient.
Who We're Looking For: Look, we get it. This is a unique job, so we don't expect you to tick every single box. If you are passionate about our mission and love the sound of this role, you should definitely apply!
- Australian Market Knowledge: A strong baseline or familiarity with the Australian social media landscape, trends, and creator networks across IG, TT, and YT.
- Platform & Content Savvy: A sharp understanding of what makes content natively engaging across different formats (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and an eye for identifying creators who know how to convert views into commercial sales.
- Affiliate or Creator Interest: A strong passion for e-commerce, creator networks, or performance-led influencer marketing.
- Resilient: You can handle setbacks and pressure with a positive mindset, staying motivated in fast-paced startup situations.
- Results-Focused & Data-Driven: You are motivated by measurable outcomes and use insights to guide decisions.
- Effective Time Management: Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage a high volume of creator relationships simultaneously.
- Confident Communicator: A clear, energetic communicator who thrives on building enthusiastic external relationships.
- Target-Driven: Highly motivated to meet and exceed quarterly commercial targets with a strong sense of accountability.
- Sustainability Advocate: An underlying passion for the planet, eco-friendly living, and sustainability!
What You'll Get From Us: 25 days holiday + bank holidays + 9 extra remote working days. Hybrid working structure: 3 days a week in our shiny new London office. 4% Company Pension. Mental well-being support through Spill. Private healthcare through Vitality. Weekly early finishes and regular social events. Annual L&D budget to support your career growth.
