About us

Hi there 👋 We're Wild. We set out to remove single-use plastic from the bathroom and ended up building one of the fastest-growing personal care brands in Europe. Our refillable, natural deodorant is now in millions of hands, our cases are collected like accessories, and our collaborations - from Disney to seasonal scent drops - keep the brand fresh, playful and impossible to ignore. Now part of the Unilever family, we have the backing to go global while keeping the pace, ambition and mischief of a start-up.

The Role

Wild is at an inflection point. What started as a UK direct-to-consumer brand is now a global, omnichannel business: new markets, new categories, major retail partnerships and licensing collaborations with some of the biggest IP in the world. Performance marketing and creator-led growth are the two engines that will carry us into the next chapter, and this role exists to own both.

Reporting to the CMO, you will lead the paid, earned and influencer sides of acquisition as a single function. Your teams span Performance Marketing across Meta, TikTok and Google, Affiliates and Partnerships, and Influencer Marketing. A core part of the role is fusing paid, influencer, affiliate and creative into one connected acquisition engine, rather than three teams operating in parallel.

Wild is scaling fast, and your job is to mature the function: sharper measurement, higher creative craft, stronger creator relationships, and world-class execution across every platform, partner and market, without losing the pace and entrepreneurial edge that got us here.

What you'll do

  • Hold accountability for Wild's performance and influencer marketing strategy and budget across all markets and channels. Answerable for blended CAC, performance ROAS, payback and overall contribution as business-level KPIs that ladder up to the wider growth plan.
  • Lead and develop the three teams beneath you. Set the ambition, hire well, coach your Leads, and fuse the function into one connected engine rather than three teams operating in parallel.
  • Steer Wild's paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube and emerging channels. Hold the bar on account structure, testing rigour and platform excellence through your team, and own the senior commercial relationships with platform partners.
  • Steer Wild's influencer strategy end-to-end. Set the ambition for how creators drive acquisition and brand at Wild, own the senior creator and agency relationships across all markets, sign off on significant commercial deals, and represent Wild externally in the creator community.
  • Back your team in building a world-class creative operating model for performance. Set the ambition for how Wild produces, tests and scales high-performing content across markets, and hold the bar on hit rate, TSR and creative-driven CAC.
  • Steer Wild's affiliates and partnerships strategy. Grow the channel efficiently across all markets, back your team on the biggest commercial negotiations, and evolve the partner portfolio as Wild enters new categories and geographies.
  • Champion an AI-first operating model across paid, influencer, affiliates and creative. Set the long-term vision for where AI sits across the function, hold the bar on adoption, and remove blockers so the team can move faster than any comparable team in the market.
  • Build measurement maturity across paid and earned. Hold accountability for the roadmap for incrementality testing, attribution and reporting, and translate what you learn into how the function invests across channels.
  • Connect performance and influencer decisions directly to Wild's LTV, retention, brand equity and unit economics in wider leadership conversations. Act as a senior voice in the marketing leadership team, deputising for the CMO where needed.

About you

  • A senior marketing leader (Head of or equivalent) who has run both paid acquisition and influencer/creator functions at meaningful scale, ideally in a fast-growth consumer brand. If you've come at this from one side, we want to see evidence you've meaningfully led the other.
  • A people leader who manages managers. You've built and led multi-layer teams across paid and creator marketing, developed Leads beneath you, and know when to coach vs when to step in.
  • Strategic depth across paid platforms. You don't need to be in Ads Manager day to day, but you know enough to challenge, coach and course-correct the Lead who is, and to hold the bar on platform excellence through your team.
  • A track record of managing an influencer function that drives real commercial results, not just reach. You've owned senior creator and agency relationships, negotiated significant commercial deals, and represent brands credibly in the creator community.
  • Commercially fluent at a leadership level. You connect paid and influencer decisions to LTV, retention, brand equity and unit economics, and can hold your own in a boardroom conversation.
  • A clear point of view on how paid, influencer, affiliate and creative fit together. You've fused these functions before, or brought them closer together, and you know how to get them pulling in the same direction rather than operating in parallel.
  • Rigorous on measurement across paid and earned. You've built or overseen an incrementality testing programme and understand the measurement challenges specific to influencer.
  • AI-forward at a function level. You've set the AI adoption bar for a team, embedded it into how the function operates, and have a clear view on where it sits across acquisition over the next two to three years.
  • Comfortable representing Wild externally with platforms, agencies and the creator ecosystem.

What you’ll get from us:

  • 25 days holidays + bank holidays + 9 extra remote working days
  • Hybrid working, 3 days a week in our shiny new London office
  • Enhanced maternity, paternity & parental leave
  • 4% Company Pension
  • Mental well-being support through Spill
  • Private healthcare through Vitality
  • Weekly early finishes and social events
  • Annual L&D budget
  • Free breakfast
  • Free & discounted Wild products
  • 2 x team volunteering days and 2 x personal volunteering days
