We’re a fast-growing beverage brand reshaping the way people drink, with a strong focus on health, sustainability, and innovation. From conscious sourcing to bold product development, we’re building something different—and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
We’re currently seeking a Sales Manager who brings both strategic thinking and hands-on drive. You’ll lead our expansion across Retail and HoReCa channels, forging relationships, negotiating placements, and helping to build a brand that stands out.
The Role
- You’ll take ownership of our sales strategy and execution across the UK, building strong, long-term partnerships with Retail and HoReCa outlets.
- This is a key role for someone who understands how to build a market presence from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy across Retail and HoReCa channels
- Identify, engage, and grow relationships with key partners across the UK
- Negotiate contracts, secure listings, and drive product visibility
- Monitor sales data and adjust strategy based on performance insights
- Represent the brand at industry events, tastings, and meetings
- Set ambitious but achievable goals and consistently meet or exceed them

- Proven experience in sales across both Retail and HoReCa/Foodservice sectors
- A track record of launching or growing products in the UK market, ideally in startups or challenger brands
- Strong strategic thinking, paired with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach
- Skilled negotiator and confident communicator
- Experience with beverage or FMCG brands is a plus
