We’re currently seeking a Sales Manager who brings both strategic thinking and hands-on drive. You’ll lead our expansion across Retail and HoReCa channels, forging relationships, negotiating placements, and helping to build a brand that stands out.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of our sales strategy and execution across the UK, building strong, long-term partnerships with Retail and HoReCa outlets. This is a key role for someone who understands how to build a market presence from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy across Retail and HoReCa channels
- Identify, engage, and grow relationships with key partners across the UK
- Negotiate contracts, secure listings, and drive product visibility
- Monitor sales data and adjust strategy based on performance insights
- Represent the brand at industry events, tastings, and meetings
- Set ambitious but achievable goals and consistently meet or exceed them

- Proven experience in sales across both Retail and HoReCa/Foodservice sectors
