As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a defined portfolio of accounts, developing strong customer relationships, and driving new business opportunities. You'll promote and sell our range of janitorial products and services, identifying customer needs while delivering sustainable sales growth across your territory.

You will focus on maximising sales within existing accounts, generating high-quality new business, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop existing customer accounts within an assigned territory
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities for product and service expansion
  • Generate new business through proactive territory management and prospecting
  • Present and promote janitorial products and solutions to new and existing customers
  • Ensure customer compliance, satisfaction, and service excellence
  • Operate within the agreed annual operating plan and sales targets
  • Develop and execute effective territory business plans to deliver sustainable growth
Qualifications
  • Experience of working in a sales role or role which utilises janitorial products.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Resilient personality with ability to engage customers.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce (desirable).
  • Standard DIY skills highly desirable.
