We’re looking for a proactive Paralegal to support a busy property and legal services team. You’ll handle a mix of landlord & tenant work, conveyancing support, legal drafting and internal advisory tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpreting leases and managing consents (subletting, alterations, pets, etc.)
  • Handling nuisance cases, covenant breaches and Section 38 repair notices
  • Managing licence‑to‑alter applications with internal teams
  • Liaising with solicitors on pre‑sale enquiries
  • Preparing licences to assign, deeds of covenant and certificates of compliance
  • Updating company registers and processing share/membership transfers
  • Supporting internal teams with clear legal guidance
  • Maintaining accurate files to ISO standards
