Key Responsibilities

– Oversee and optimise firm-wide operations including HR, IT, Facilities, Risk & Compliance, and Practice Management

– Partner with the Managing Partner and Board to align operational strategy with legal service delivery

– Lead cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, client experience, and regulatory adherence

– Drive innovation in systems and processes while maintaining rigorous governance standards

– Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and operational budgets

– Ensure compliance with SRA regulations, GDPR, and other legal frameworks

– Proven experience as an Operations Director or COO within a law firm or legal services environment
