We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Operative to join a busy team supporting a portfolio of high-quality workplace environments.
This varied role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in delivering excellent results.
You'll be involved in a broad range of maintenance and refurbishment tasks, helping to ensure offices remain safe, well-presented, and operating to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out wallpapering, decorating, tiling, and flooring installations
- Complete carpet fitting, repairs, and maintenance works
- Undertake general building maintenance, including basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Respond promptly to maintenance issues and resolve them efficiently
- Work alongside colleagues, contractors, and management teams to deliver projects successfully
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety requirements
- Maintain accurate records of completed works and materials used
About You
- Previous experience in a maintenance role, ideally within commercial properties
- Proven experience in wallpapering, tiling, carpet fitting, and general maintenance
- Basic plumbing, electrical, or carpentry skills would be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a flexible, hands-on approach
