We are seeking a detail-driven Transcriber to support a live, 2 day market research project at this award-winning facility, a leading hub for qualitative research, focus groups, and client studies. Dates: 23/06/2026 and 24/06/2026 - 13:30-21:30 both days.
Role:
- Transcribe audio recordings from focus groups and research interviews into accurate written transcripts.
- Ensure verbatim accuracy, capturing tone, nuance, and speaker contributions.
- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, spelling, and clarity.
- Clearly identify multiple speakers within group discussions.
- Format transcripts in line with client or project requirements.
You:
- Previous experience in transcription (ideally within market research or focus groups).
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to interpret varied accents and group dialogue.
- Fast, accurate typing with strong attention to detail.
- High standard of written English (grammar & punctuation).
