Receptionist - Serviced Office in London

Job Description Our client is looking for an experienced and professional Front of House Receptionist to join their busy Workplace Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual who enjoys being at the centre of a professional office environment. Welcoming visitors and contractors and managing site access arrangements Arranging business travel in line with company policies Operating the office switchboard and handling general enquiries Assisting with office events and workplace activities Monitoring and replenishing office supplies and workplace provisions Reporting and monitoring building maintenance issues Liaising with building management and external service providers Assisting with document, archive, and records management Contributing to the smooth operation of workplace and facilities services Previous experience in a Reception, Front of House, Workplace Services, Facilities, or Office Support role A flexible and proactive approach to work Proven experience in a Front of House or Reception position within a professional office environment Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Excel Competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience Full-time office-based role in Central London Training and development opportunities Potential for a permanent position following the initial contract term Please note that no terminology in this advert is intended to discriminate on the grounds of a person's gender, marital status, race, religion, colour, age, disability or sexual orientation.
