We are seeking a detail-driven Transcriber to support a live, 2 day market research project at this award-winning facility, a leading hub for qualitative research, focus groups, and client studies. You will need your own laptop.
Dates: 23/06/2026 and 24/06/2026 - 13:30-21:30 both days
Role:
- Transcribe in real time from focus groups into accurate written transcripts
- Ensure verbatim accuracy, capturing tone, nuance, and speaker contributions
- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, spelling, and clarity
- Clearly identify multiple speakers within group discussions
- Format transcripts in line with client or project requirements
You:
- Previous experience in transcription (ideally within market research or focus groups)
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to interpret varied accents and group dialogue
- Fast, accurate typing with strong attention to detail
- High standard of written English (grammar & punctuation)
