We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Investment Coordinator to support our Client's Portfolio Managers and Analysts and ensure smooth collaboration across investment teams. This role is central to coordinating schedules, travel, research logistics, and corporate access, while building strong relationships with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support to PMs and Analysts
- Coordinate corporate access: conferences, NDRs, analyst meetings, expert calls
- Manage calendars, schedule IR calls, and prepare meeting materials
- Maintain databases, reporting systems, coverage lists, and watchlists
- Liaise with Broker Relations and external IR teams
- Process expenses and manage global travel bookings
- Support Compliance with meeting clearance and approvals
- Handle ad‑hoc administrative tasks
About You
- Experience with corporate access or investment/ECM environments
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Collaborative, resourceful, and confident in a fast‑paced environment
