We are currently recruiting an Executive Assistant & Office Manager for a well established company based in London. This is an excellent role for someone who is looking for a new permanent position.

  • Significant experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant.
  • Strong project management, attention to detail and meticulous planning skills.
  • Project and Data management.
  • Excellent Communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use Outlook, MS Teams, Word and Powerpoint.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to manage several different tasks at the same time.
  • Social media management.
  • Digital file management.
  • Flexibility

Hours: Monday - Friday 08.30 - 17.00
