Our client is looking for a proactive Commercial Partnerships Manager to help grow commercial income, manage key partner relationships, and support the development of major exhibitions and programmes within the built environment sector. This is a hands‑on role with real scope to shape its direction and build strong industry networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and secure new business across office licensing, product exhibitions, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing commercial partners.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events and build strong networks.
  • Support the Commercial Director in developing new services, partnerships, and commercial exhibitions.
  • Work with colleagues across exhibitions, events, marketing, and education.
  • Help build new communities and networks to expand commercial impact.
  • Provide flexible support across the organisation as needed.

About You

Essential:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results‑driven with the ability to meet ambitious targets.
  • Confident relationship‑builder with commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

  • Experience in the built environment sector.
