Key Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day finance operations and a small accounts team
- Deliver accurate month‑end and year‑end reporting
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Produce high‑quality P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow reporting
- Strengthen controls, governance, and working capital management
- Lead cashflow forecasting, including rolling 13‑week forecasts
- Partner with operations and sales on revenue, cost, and margin analysis
- Support modelling for investments, business cases, and acquisitions
- Drive improvements in systems, automation, and reporting (NetSuite desirable)
- Represent the business confidently in discussions with strategic partners
- Shape investment decisions and capital allocation
- Support acquisitions and integration activity
- Build a high‑performing finance team and raise the standard of data and decision quality across the business
What You Bring
- ACCA/ACA qualified
- Strong technical accounting and commercial experience
- Background in fast‑paced SME or multi‑site environments
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
- Experience producing board‑ready management accounts
