An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Creative Services & Media Operations Manager to join a leading global entertainment and gaming business.

This role sits within the International Marketing & Communications team and will play a key role in delivering high-profile global campaigns across multiple markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of creative assets across digital, social, video, AV, CRM, and wider marketing channels, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the delivery of creative assets across international marketing campaigns.
  • Manage creative briefs, approvals, localisation requirements, and asset distribution across multiple markets.
  • Oversee project timelines, workback schedules, milestones, and campaign deliverables.
  • Partner with global, regional, and local stakeholders to align priorities, timelines, and creative requirements.
  • Build strong relationships across marketing, creative, communications, and external agency teams.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive improvements in workflows, processes, reporting, and creative operations to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Support creative asset management, localisation, and distribution through established workflows and best practices.
  • Utilise project management and Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms to maximise visibility and delivery performance.

About You

  • Significant experience in Creative Services, Creative Operations, Media Operations, Marketing Operations, or Post-Production.
  • Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder marketing campaigns across international markets.
  • Strong understanding of creative asset, content production, localisation, and post-production workflows across digital, social, video, AV, and CRM channels.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across global and regional teams.
  • Proficient in Asana or similar project management platforms and experienced with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
