Are you a seasoned payroll professional looking to join a collaborative and welcoming team? We are recruiting for a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations across UK and Irish entities. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your expertise to a mission-driven organisation that values precision, integrity, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities- Process monthly payroll for two UK entities (250 employees) and one Irish entity, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
- Accurately input and verify UK payroll data using ADP iHCM, maintaining timely and efficient workflows.
- Prepare monthly payroll reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Partner with the HR team to ensure accurate data capture and address system/process issues.
- Manage the payroll inbox, responding to employee queries and liaising with HR, HMRC, the Pension Regulator, and other authorities.
- Oversee Year End procedures, including the production and distribution of P60s.
- Produce P11Ds, support PSA submissions, and handle other payroll/tax-related matters.
- Proven experience in a Senior Payroll role with strong technical expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of UK payroll legislation, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Hands-on experience with ADP iHCM.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Clear and confident communicator, able to explain complex payroll matters effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong general IT skills.
- A proactive mindset with experience in process improvement and streamlining.
