We build solutions from the ground up—practical, sustainable, and ethically delivered as standard.
The role
As the Middleweight Account Manager, you will sit at the intersection of client services, internal creative production, and external supply chain management.
You are the engine that keeps our client relationships thriving, our internal design team focused, and our physical activations running on time and on budget.
You will work directly alongside Wild’s founder to help support and build bigger and better campaigns and experiences for our clients as well as having the chance to have an impact on the future of the business.
Your day-to-day will always be varied; meeting clients and taking briefs, coordinating internally to ensure we’re always nailing it, visiting suppliers for quality control and being onsite when installations go live.
Once a week you will meet up with the founder for face-to-face days in Surrey to discuss everything that’s going on, and in addition there will also be regular in-person days with the wider team in Central London.
In order to thrive, you will be friendly, kind and honest, as well as driven to always dream bigger.
You’ll have an eye for detail, and be able to defend your opinions and ideas, whilst also being open to feedback and change.
