Working 37 hours per week (8.30 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday), term time only plus 10 additional days during college holiday periods. Some flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the Principal, Senior Leadership Team and key College events.
Salary: Points 19 to 21 (£36,564 p.a. to £38,897 p.a.) on the SFCA Support Staff Pay Scale. For this term‑time post this equates to £33,462 p.a. to £35,597 p.a.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high‑level, confidential and effective executive support to the Principal and Senior Leadership Team.
- Lead and manage the Executive Office, coordinating high‑quality administrative support for senior leaders.
- Manage complex diaries and communications for senior leadership.
- Support the organisation of key cross‑college activities and events.
- Ensure efficient operation of executive leadership and governance functions.
Qualifications:
- Experienced executive support or office management professional, confident working at senior level.
- Excellent organisational, communication and people‑management skills.
- Demonstrated discretion and professionalism, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced FE environment.
