Salary: SFCA Support Staff Pay Scale point 12 (£29,544 p.a.), which equates to £14,945 p.a. for 21.5 hours term‑time only.
Overview
We are seeking to appoint an Engineering Facilitator to join our growing Engineering team. The successful candidate will support the development of practical and academic skills for students.
Responsibilities
- Provide support in workshops, one‑to‑one and classroom situations
- Support projects and assignments set by teachers
- Provide high‑quality resource management, including specialist equipment
- Monitor and support students on work experience
