Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently operate a 3-roll mill and mixers.
  • Mix and match colors using our X-rite computer program.
  • Assist in labeling and shipping of products.
  • Cleaning of mills, mixers, and production areas.
  • Assist with putting stock away in a first in first out method.

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Competencies:

  • Basic math and computer knowledge is helpful.
  • Ability to see color.

Working Conditions:

  • 75% standing/walking.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Fast paced busy environment.

Health And Safety Responsibilities:

  • Must work in accordance with Health and Safety regulations, Company Rules, Plant Rules, policies and procedures.
  • Must use or wear equipment, protective devices, or certain clothing as required by the company.
