WIH Recruitment is seeking a Registered Service Manager to lead our Children's Homes in Derby. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children, and developing policies to comply with regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Residential Childcare) and a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good home.
