Role Description: This is a full-time position with a shared location on-site and office based role located in our newly refurbished offices in Wigston. The role involves creating and managing project schedules, overseeing site progress, coordinating with clients and staff, and ensuring project completion within agreed deadlines and budgets. The individual will also monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain quality standards, and efficiently allocate resources. There will also be some surveying work to be undertaken.
Qualifications:
- Experience in project scheduling, time management, and resource allocation
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities for managing projects and team coordination
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, compliance, and risk assessment practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
- Proficiency in IT software predominately Microsoft packages
- Leadership capabilities to oversee site operations and ensure high-quality results
- Familiarity with roofing projects or construction industry experience is advantageous
